Let’s move through resistance by standing tall in our body. Imagine we are a bird with large long wings, we raise both arms toward the sky as we inhale through our nose. As we exhale through the nose we release the arms back down. Repeat and move the arms with the breath. Pause when finished and think of what it is you want that you’ve felt resistance around. Now, go get it!
